So everyone has lied right? Well it’s not a good thing to do trust me I’ve done it so many times no one could trust me not even my own mother. Anyways I know why most people lie it’s because most people make themselves appear better than they are or thinking that telling an untruth will shine a more positive light upon themselves. Others try to lie because when they think it will help them bring some advantage or get them ahead. And when people try doing that it works the first few times them it just sounds really not like the truth. So the solution to that is to…

1. Don’t swallow it if it doesn’t taste good.
2. Ask a question.
3. Trust yourself.
4. Write it down, write it out, send it.
5. Say it with love.
6. Ask for help.
7. Be honest with yourself first.

So do the right thing and everyone will believe you and become more confident.
